Partnering with the Warwick Housing Authority and Edward Rowse Architects, Coletta recently completed a 3,100 sq.ft. renovation of the community center at West Shore Terrace in Warwick, RI. Scope included new resilient flooring, acoustic drop down ceiling system, new LED lighting, new HVAC system, new fire alarm system, new interior doors & frames, new exterior windows, doors, and frames, and new exterior entrance steps & railing.
