    David W. Gomez: GM / Associate VP

    With 30-yrs experience in the Design industry, David returns after working in NYC for 20 yrs. Starting his career with CVS Pharmacy Design department, he moved on to work for some of the top-100 firms, to include GENSLER, Bergmeyer, ArrowStreet, and TPG Architecture - David brings a keen eye for details and aesthetics throughout the overall construction process. Collaborating and understanding with the designers, makes for an ideal partnership throughout the entire project.

    What is your favorite part of the construction process?

    Seeing a space come to life after the commitment and hard work our team puts in and seeing the clients vision fulfilled.

  • Ronnie Della Morte: Senior Estimator

    Ron has over 25-yrs experience in the construction industry. He has been involved in multiple aspects of the construction industry throughout his career. Ron worked for over a decade in the HVAC industry as an estimator/project manager, then as an HVAC salesman for a HVAC distributor before joining the team at Coletta Contracting Co. Inc. as an estimator.

    What is your favorite part of the construction process?

    As an estimator I would have to say that Winning the Bid along with the process of starting and completing the project are the most satisfying moments.

    There are other milestones all through out the project, like every time you make one more step forward as each phase of the project is completed.

    Paul plays a critical role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing valuable financial insights to support the company’s growth and profitability - to include financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cost control, cash management, vendor and supplier management, along with taking care of the office management.

    What is your favorite part of the construction process?

    Comparing the estimated cost of the project to the actual cost of completing the project. To see what differences are for the estimate cost to the actual cost to complete.

    What you are most passionate about?

    My total family. To be sure everyone feels they are treated with respect.
