Partnering with STARK Architects, we are currently in the process of installing all new elevators in four building for the Woonsocket H.A. Scope includes new elevator motors, new elevator cabs, new push button control panels, retrofit of existing machine room, installation of new ventilation and exhaust systems, and new metal stairs on roof to access machine room. Coletta has completed 4-new elevator installations in two of the existing buildings. We are currently working on the last two buildings. Here are few images of the finished product. ‘
